Restore data from an older phone?

I just upgraded to the RAZR from a D1, and I was hoping to use Titanium Backup to restore important data, such as my text messages, my pictures, and my hours on TimeClock. Problem is, when I put my old memory card into my RAZR, it showed only 4 gig free. But, TB couldn't find my backup, and Astro showed the memory card as pretty much empty. Does the RAZR use a different File System than the Droid?
Any suggestions on getting my important data over? And hopefully my other apps with their settings too, such as my BattleNet Authenticator, my Bedside Clock, and maybe even my call history (not as important as text history, but I'd still like to have it)?

Thanks in advance!

Ok, for anyone that's curious about this in the future, the RAZR is different in that it identifies it's built in memory as /mnt/sdcard, and the removable card as /mnt/sdcard-ext. This seems to be new, as even a freshly installed Titanium Backup didn't realize this.

The fix is simple, though. In Titanium Backup there is an option to change where backups are going, and a button to search for existing backups.
Problem solved!
