Restoring stock apks ?

I rooted and uninstalled a few stock bloatware apps before I realized you could simply freeze them. Is this an issue? Can i install them again easily? Here are the apps I removed...

Amazon, kindle, cityid and vznav.

Ok that's good news. I did back them up with titanium before removing but I guess that just got the data. I did reinstall all but cityid via market but not sure if that makes them system apps. I did detach from market after install with titanium.

What I figured is any vz updates will fail if systems apps are not right.

Wish I would have simply froze them in the first place...
