Returning to stock?

Excuse my ignorance on the process, but I'm hoping someone can help me.

I just switched from Droid 1 to D2G, and I used Titanium Backup to transfer app data. I also used TB to delete the Blockbuster and Amazon MP3 apps on the D2G. Now, my phone seems to be doing some goofy stuff, and I'm looking to unroot and restore everything back to the original ROM image. I used z4root to root the D2G, so I can unroot that way, but how do I restore the stock image?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
