Rezound Lock Screen Shortcuts are gone.

My lockscreen shortcuts on my Rezound are gone. "Show Lockscreen shortcuts" is selected in the personalize menu. I did the sofware update and unlocked my bootloader last night. Anyone else have this problem. If I do a master reset do I have to unlock my bootloader again?
