Hey all, first post.
Not sure if this is right spot-if not perhaps a mod will move it?

Yup, same old story. 4000 pictures, no backups.
Charging/USB port failed, will not connect or charge.
I got a wireless qi to , charge it.
Enabled bluetooth, tried to access with laptop,
but no file manager app on phone.
All photos are in gallery.

Possible to get an XT1254 downloadable filemanager version to pc and install it some other way?
I sense emailing them or via msgr individually might be mite tedious...
TIA!

Welcome to the forum. What phone are you using? Most phones when connected via usb to a pc will allow you to see the sdcard and internal storage and copy them to your pc.

Thanks G. Port is broken, cable wont connect.
I dont think XT1254 has SD card slot, or I could try that for installing file manager-if such a downloadable version exists.
But hey-got me thinkin' out loud here-I suppose I could remove the sim from my new phone (which is the old sim from this one)
and use it to install a file manager the *correct* way! Then via bluetooth i could access file transfer...
sure that would be faster than email or msgr

Welcome to the Forum. That's a Moto Droid Turbo, correct? If you can still access the phone, can you connect it to WiFi and then upload your pictures to your Google Drive account, or to Google Photos?
