Ringtone and notification volumes

It looks like Motorola has kinda fixed the problem with ringtone volume and notification volume working together. I have a smart action to turn my ringtone down while I am at work which works great when it starts because it turns down both the ringtone and the notifications. When this smart action is done it turns the ringtone volume back up but not the notification volume.
