Ringtone Notification Problem

Since the new update, my ringtone notification (Ta Da tone) and vibrate is stuck so everytime I get a notification such as a text it plays the tone and vibrates no matter what I change it to. I tried powering down and taking out the battery. Any suggestions?

Call Verizon over the phone...They may transfer you to Motorola...If it persists in this mode, take it back to the store....
