Ringtone problems

OK, so I have contact ringtones on about 10 contacts but they rarely ever ring! Every once in a while I will hear what I set them for but that's very rare. Not sure why
This happened and I have checked. All I could. Any help will be. Much appreciated!

Try powering down, and pulling the battery for a couple of minutes. Press a couple of buttons while it's out too. See if that helps.
