Ringtones keep changing

Since the latest update on firmware my ringtones and notifications sounds keep changing. Anyone else having this frustrating issue?

I'm having a similar issue, if not the same one. My ringtones are being randomly assigned. The ringtone for my husband is "Then", but this morning when I woke up, he'd been assigned a completely different song! I've been searching the forums for hours, this is the first time anyone's issue has sounded like mine. Let me know if you figure it out or get an answer!

I have the same issue, but my ringtones change when I connect the phone to computer via the usb.
