I just noticed that Roboform password vault is available for Android.
Currently it just fills in forms. You cannot save new passwords to Roboform from the android platform, but it sounds like this will be a future upgrade.
At least you can access your Roboform passwords through there online server.
Just search for Roboform in the market.
