Finally Rooted my X...I guess i'm looking for a really simple root. I want it basically OEM except w/ all the bloatware gone. I've searched but nothing really came up and I'm not exactly sure where to begin.

Download Titanium Backup Pro and freeze any unwanted apps. Or but Root Explorer and rename apps.

^Don't delete the apps with root explorer. Instead rename them from .apk to .bak

And no, don't delete anything. Titanium Backup paid version allows

you to freeze them so you can defrost them later if need be for an

update. Or do as suggested above and get Root Explorer, which you

should probably have anyway, and rename the apps from ".apk" to ".bak."

Then name them back later if need be.
