Rom Manager automatic backup and Locale

I have automatic backup enabled in Rom Manager. After the automatic backup runs and the phone reboots, Locale does not start on boot.

If I reboot my phone manually, Locale starts up fine on boot.

Does anyone have any ideas why Locale isn't starting after Rom Manager's automatic backup?
