Rom with Data Throttle removed

Was wondering what roms are there already that has the data throttle removed already so its one step Rom and have data throttle removed?
wondering if Liberty and darkslide has this??

i dont think liberty has it and im not sure about darkslide. you can get the data throttle hack on liberty but you have to flash it. Apex 1.4.1 is already removed. I have used liberty alot and loved it but the battery and force closes were too much to handle so i moved to apex 1.4 and i love it. Great battery and i know that data throttle is removed and i dont have to worry if my flash worked. The only benifit of liberty is the easy toolbox but apex has a toolbox via terminal emulator. Hope this helps.
