Chainfire has already released SuperSU for the Android N developer preview builds! This is still mostly untested and could cause bootloops, and crashes. Don't say you weren't warned if you decide to flash now. This has only been tested by Chainfire on the Nexus 5X so you could wait for other guinea pigs to flash before testing it yourself.
TWRP is not available for all devices on Android N yet so Chainfire has put together CF-Auto-Root files for all the devices. Chainfire also says that you can test this SuperSU on pre-N firmwares and report back if you are wanting to help beta test. Head to the link below for the root files.
