Root Problem

Alright, I have a Droid Razr Maxx that I rooted on Gingerbread (2.3.6) with Motofail and then it got push updated to ICS recently and all of the notification ringtones stopped working. I have a couple Root apps that say it isn't rooted anymore, but SuperUser is still installed. So if somebody could please help me that would be wonderful. Thanks.

you probably are not rooted anymore after taking the ICS update . you do not have to be rooted to have the superuser icon in app drawer. also moved to razr section to get you a little more specific help
