Rooted....access native music player?

Hi, ok I'm rooted and can't figure out how to access the music player to disable it or uninstall it....my stereo bluetooth headset's on/off switch activates tbe native player and not the one I purchased and it's maddening....newbie, ME?? The hell you say.....
