rooted and some apps frozen (ICS)

What should my setup be prior to OTA 4.0.5 update? Un freeze apps no doubt, I have not safe strapped, will root effect anything? Thanks.

Use the voodoo app to do a temporary unroot and for sure un freeze any apps. Once ICS installed then just restore your rooted via voodoo.
