Rooted, gingerbread dx, no wifi tether...

Any one else not able to tether anything any more? I just turned on the usual wifi tether shop and it launched the phones built in one as well. Is there any way to get it to tether properly?

I may go back to apex 1.4 since I tether so often. This blows.

even using the phones built in app doesn't work.

Use the team black hat 3g hot spot hack. It worked for me and others.
