rooted now how to remove bloat.

Ok so I rooted had safe strap and removed since I don't wasn't to install a different ROM. Now how do I remove all the bloatware? Or I need a new ROM?

Use Titanium Backup from the Play Store to freeze the bloatware. Do not remove it. Removing it will cause major problems if you want to install an OTA update in the future. Since you don't want to install a custom ROM, I'm going to guess you'll want future updates.

Just a side note: the upcoming ICS update will allow you to freeze any installed apps (including bloatware) natively within the OS without needing root access.

Yeah, but if you're serious about rooting and making changes to your phone, it's pretty much the first app you should get. Titanium Backup Pro is a core component of Android Rooting 101. It's some of the best money you'll ever spent on an Android device, and it only cost as much as a quick lunch.

But of course, you can always wait until ICS when you'll be able to freeze without needing any additional apps.
