Rooting and OTA?

If we root the Nexus, and don't install a custom ROM or anything, will we still get OTA updates? Will they still update ok?
I'm thinking about rooting to get Wireless Tethering and maybe delete an app, but still want OTAs. Thanks!

Why wouldn't they give you OTA?

Rooted phones out now can still receive OTA updates, but just breaks the root.

Being a nexus phone, a re-root should be available in hours. Maybe the same root program will work since they probably won't change the boot-loaders.
