rooting my HD maxx

i have the HD MAXX, and want to root it i tried the 1 click from xda and it would not take(3x), i had debugging on and was in charge mode with mock locations as well, i may have goofed the device by clicking the root for RAZER MAXX first, if so is there a rememdy out there that could help? thanx in advance:frown:

Are you on 4.1.1? If so you'll need to return to 4.0.4 before you can root. There is no method available to root JB directly.

great a start yes iam on 4.11 now how do i go back to 4.04

Follow the link I posted above. There are step by step instructions including the utility you will need to get back to 4.0.4
