Rooting question

Ok. I have been reading a lot of different posts about rooting the fascinate and different ways of doing it.

What is the the most effective/efficient rooting process?

Ok well I finally did the newborn guide. It works. But when I try to flash a rom it says something about incorrect signature. Any ideas?
