RSD Lite will find phone, but won't work...

Trying to root my brother's D1. Took me about an hour to finally find a working link to RSDLite 4.6 that would install to the computer. Got the 64bit drivers installed. Added the "update" file to the root of the phone, turned it off, and jumped into bootloader.

I then open up RSDLite, it finds the phone. I click the "..." button and select the file to add. At this point, that file should show up in the right window of RSDLite, but it doesn't (see attached screenshot).

At this point, I'm drawing a blank. I'm using Vista, and I believe I have admin permissions, outside of that, not quite sure what I could be doing wrong here.

Any suggestions?

Solved.

Took hours of trying, ended up having to try a different version of RSDLite 4.6.

Finally got it worked out, not if only the phone wasn't stuck in SPRecovery trying to do a nandroid backup and doing nothing.
