RSDLite not recognize

Hey all,

I'm trying to flash my phone back to stock JB using the file here: Firmware DROID RAZR M Verizon Jelly Bean 4.1.1 by "Firmware Team" - xda-developers

However, when I try to connect the phone using RSDLite, it does not show up. I am using RSDLite 6.14, latest Motorola drivers, Recovery->factory reset/cache. However, nothing seems to make the phone appear and thus I can't flash the file. Any solutions? Thanks.

Obvious question but didn't see it listed are you putting the phone in fastboot mode before connecting?

Yes, I reboot into fastboot (using adb reboot bootloader) before plugging it in and opening RSDLite. AFAIK I have all the necessary requirements, its just my phone won't show up in RSDLite.

And you are using a Motorola cable?
