I'm just starting to use RSS feeds since I bought my phone and I was wondering if there was an all-in-one app that has support for Google Reader and video/audio podcasts?

I use NewsRob but if you want podcast support, try Greed. It integrates your Google Reader feeds and had podcast support.

I'll check out Greed. I was using Beyond Podcast for podcasts and News Room for news, but they both had limitations and were too expensive (combined) for me to unlock the features...

You may also want to give BeyondPod a try. It also integrates your Google Reader feeds and supports podcasts.
