Rubix ROM Desk Doc

I rooted and installed Rubix rom. All is good. However, when I have my DroidX in the desk docking station, I cannot see the dialer when I go to place a call. I have to remove the phone from the dock to see the dial pad. Any ideas how to fix this is appreciated.
