According to the latest intel, the Nexus 8 tablet is not just a fan fantasy and will actually be unveiled at Google I/O on June 25-26th. The new info comes by way of a community bulletin board found on MYCE. It also includes some additional info. Supposedly this next Nexus tablet will be sporting a 64-bit Tegra processor of some kind.

Supposedly the proof of this is a test device called "flounder." Obviously, this intel is just as sketchy as all the previous tidbits, but sometimes where there is smoke there is fire, so it's entirely possible this will all come true. What do you guys think? Is the Nexus 8 for real?

I thought "Nexus" was going to die? Or was that just the phone variants?

Right now that is just a rumor. Also, if it does die, this year's Nexus line will be the last of the line. The Android Silver products won't come until next year.
