We have a couple of LG rumors for you guys this morning. First up we have further intel that the LG G Pro 2 will be unveiled at Mobile World Congress in February. It will be the successor to last year’s Optimus G Pro, and come with a 5.9-inch 2K (2,560×1,440 resolution) display.
This isn't the only phone with a 2K display on the horizon from LG. We also have a newer rumor regarding the G3, LG's next flagship device. Supposedly, LG plans to officially reveal the device on May 17th with a 2K 5.5-inch display. This would be three months earlier than the G2 launched in 2013, suggesting that if LG launches another Nexus device in 2014, they don't want their own flagship overshadowed by it again like last year.
No other intel was revealed about these devices, but these dates seem pretty solid. We will keep our ears to the ground and inform you of any changes or confirmations.
