s4 features on s3 when?

I just got my s3 10 days ago and am wondering when the features of the s4 will be available on the s3?

I would think the manufacturer wouldn't be putting S4 features on the S3. Otherwise, there would be little reason to buy the S4.

One of its abilities has been ported over. Developer just released Hand Gesture. It uses the proximity sensor. I use it to fast forward to the next song while listening to music. Dual Screen mode is already available.
