s4 vs roadster what's easier to use

What is easier to use on thunderbolt? Blueant s4 or Motorola roadster?

I have the roadster and it is difficult to use. I tried using it at home and when I said call voicemail it calls random contacts' cell phones. Luckilyy I am at home so I can hit end call.
The texting feature works excellently. When I sall dial *86 it dials a random phone number.
I tried that lingo app and when I switched the voicemail contact to mail. I said mail and it brought up the closest post office.

Is it just me, is there a way to fix this and would the blueant s4 be any better?
