S5 Issue with power saving

So ever since I got my Samsung galaxy s5, I've always had power saving on, and Haptic feedback was also turned on. One day I decided to mess around with the options of power saving on and it disabled haptic feedback. I can't find an option to turn it back on anywhere and the only way I can have haptic feedback on, is by turning off power saving. Please help.

Hey Caleb, go into system settings, sound, scroll down and you'll see haptic feedback.

power saving mode will disable many of these features, including haptic feedback.

Just wondering.....is there any particular reason you keep your power saving mode always on?
I've only used mine once since getting my phone almost 8 months ago. I never have a problem making it through the day with moderately heavy to heavy use.
