safemode recheck after update

I have tried it a few times with no luck. I turn it off. Push and hold the power and the menu button on the keyboard. Hold till it gets to the eye. It then vibrates very strongly. Then goes to be screen just before that. Be spelling out of droid and then back to the eye....it just keeps repeating till I let off. Then it boots normal. I tried the menu key under the screen but it does nothing. Let me know if I'm doing it wrong. Or it could be a new means to get into safe mode after the update.

Ditto same here. Anyone can help? Why does it feel when you have an issue, nobody replies.

I have the dots active on my screen to unlock.

Do we hold power and menu the entire time or only the power button to start and then hold menu down. Why isn't there a reboot to safemode option. or better yet a safe mode when going to the recovery option.
