So if you take a Chromebook running the latest ChromeOS with Android Apps, throw in a 12 inch touchscreen display, provide 4 GB of Ram, USB type C ports, and a S-Pen you will get one one awesome chromebook that I can not wait to buy.

It looks great, and mine won't have to be returned because it won't be tied to a carrier ;)

Well I plan on pre-ordering it when I can buy from another source other than what was listed in the source (never heard of that company and do not have the desire to test out $500 too see if they are legit). I will give you guys a review. I was in the market for a chromebook as my C720 do not support apps.

I'll certainly be looking when they are verified as a legit order. My wife ordered Chromebooks for the students this year, using the Google Docs as immediate review for the work submitted. She loves them for what they do.

Looks like this thing has an expendable SD slot as well. If the price really is $500, with 4GB of RAM and a good processor, this kind of device might fully kill off the tablet market once and for all, especially now that it runs Android Apps.

Adorama has been around for quite sometime.. I don't think you need to be concerned..

Man...

I'm not in the market at all, but this is very enticing. My Remix Ultra Tablet still does the basic things that I need it to do, but it'd be nice to have something with a rigid hinge like a laptop instead of the Surface-like keyboard cover and kickstand. I very likely won't be getting one since I just got a new Win10 laptop this year, but glad to see these devices getting love.

As others have said, with the ability to run Android apps, Chromebooks are becoming much more viable devices to replace tablets and laptops for certain use cases.
