Samsung dialer vs moto dialer and google contacts

Do you know how to set what contacts go to voice-mail i had to download google contacts and set it in that I couldn't find a way to set in Samsung phone dialer

I also could get dialer to show all the different phone numbers for a person had to use google contacts is there a way to change the view in the dialer

How do I make the Samsung dialer in note 20 act like moto dialer or is there a default stock google dialer I can download

Any tips to use the Samsung dialer would be appreciated
