A new report claims that Samsung will enter mass production for the Galaxy Note 7 beginning in July, with 2.5 million devices produced in July and another 2.5 million units manufactured in August. The source claims Samsung will have 5 million Galaxy Note 7 smartphones ready to ship when the handset goes on sale. It is believed Samsung will begin selling the Galaxy Note 7 almost immediately after it officially announced the device.

The anticipation for Samsung's next-generation Galaxy Note 7 is high, and the phablet has been making headlines on an almost daily basis leading up to its official launch.

Now of the 2.5million will any of it be an Edge Variant? That is what i want to know. Still teetering between a Note 7 Edge or Droid Force.

I just hope the price is reasonable. I'm not sure if I want to spend $800 on a phone again... I wish more of the docking/laptop rumors or info would surface.

Honestly i was looking at the HP Elite X3 smartphone. I love the idea of Full Windows in my hand and connect to monitor and kb & mouse for a full pc. I am leaning towards the Shattershield of Moto Droid Force. I want to go caseless and not worry about screens cracking

I am ready to get back to the Note world!!

So what happened to the note 6? Did they just skip it? Or has it been out and I'm just out of the loop....lol

They basically skipped the number to keep the note and S series in "sync" in numbers/year.
