Samsung’s debacle gave ammunition to Apple, which released what some thought was an inferior iPhone 7 Plus. It looked like Apple took the smartphone crown back for good, but Samsung released the Galaxy S8 and S8+ in late April to high critical acclaim and sales.

I'm already saving my pennies for the Note 8! I miss the stylus since moving to the S8+. Not a deal breaker but a very nice to have feature.

My husband's waiting for the note 8 also as the stylus is essential for a person with a slight tremor. The virtual keyboards slow him down and his note 4 is getting very old. So bring it on, Samsung! [emoji6]
