Here is a far more interesting tidbit of SGS3 news than the last teaser video we shared earlier. This story has some juicy benchmarks of the "Next Galaxy". It appears that some GLBenchmark numbers where posted online inadvertently (or intentionally as a marketing stunt), for the Samsung GT-I9300. They were quickly taken down, but before that, a quick thinking individual over at Phonearena grabbed a snap of them. They indicate that the new Samsung Exynos quad-core chip pretty much dominates everything. Not all benchmark slots were full, but the shown results beat out every other smartphone in graphics performance. The new chip outperformed the NVIDIA Tegra 3 by a large margin. It also beat out the Snapdragon S4, bested the iPhone 4S, and even held its own against the new chip in the iPad 3. Very impressive!
