Samsung Note 2 - showing adverts

Hi,

I've got a Note 2 (haven't put a sim in yet) and for some reason in the last 2 weeks its started showing advertisements as soon as I swipe to unlock the screen. Any idea how I get rid of these adverts and have I got some kind of virus? I've got wifi ok on it but still haven't got around to using it as a phone yet (my iphone contract only finished recently and I do intend to use the Note as my phone at some point). The adverts are really annoying though! Thanks!

Have you recently installed any apps? When I installed "youtube to mp3" app I started getting the same thing. Uninstalled the app, no more ads
