Even though Samsung Pay was supposed to come to the Samsung Gear S2 smartwatch this November, that has obviously not happened. Fear not! Folks who were excited by the prospect of using Samsung Pay on their Gear S2 smartwatch will still get to do that. It has simply been delayed until some point in 2016.
Sadly, Sammy was not specific on the timeframe, and they did not sure why it was delayed. We suspect they delayed it to make sure its security features were solid enough to handle Samsung Pay. We will keep an eye out next year and give you folks a heads up when we find out more.
