Late last year, Samsung Finland quietly added the Samsung Galaxy Note II to their list of devices to eventually receive Android 5.0 Lollipop. It wasn't confirmed anywhere else, but it still seemed pretty solid. Today we have a second confirmation that at least some versions of the Samsung Galaxy Note II will be getting the newest version of Android. Samsung Poland recently tweeted that their version of the device would get to taste some of the Lollipop too.
It's pretty amazing that Samsung is planning to add Lollipop to a three year old device. Let's cross our fingers that it eventually crosses the ocean to land on North American devices as well.
