You mean "wtf Verizon". Samsung has always rolled out its updates in a timely manner with the Galaxy S. Unlocked devices get it first because it's just Samsung handling the update, then the carrier take it through its paces and release their updates when they're ready. US carrier are even worse.

Verizon attached all that Bing crap, that's what is taking so long for the Fascinate. At least that is my understanding
