Samsung S3 - Android 4.1.2 - Software update popup

Hi All,

I am having 4.1.2 Android version in Samsung S3 mobile . I am getting below alert very frequently if I enable mobile data in my mobile. Can someone let me know how to stop this ?

"When roaming abroad , downloadable only connecting Wi-fi. Set up Wifi network ?"

Cancel OK

1. If i click on cancel, it shows me the same pop very soon .
2. If i click on OK, it takes me to wifi set up screen.

I just want to stop this popup and I dont want to update software now.
