Samsung's Galaxy Note 2 To Debut at IFA 2012

We have heard a lot of rumors regarding the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 over the past few weeks, but now it looks like we are finally starting to get some solid info. The newest intel indicates that Samsung plans to unveil the new "phablet" at the IFA 2012 conference in Berlin. The current rumors till peg the phone to be a 5.5-inch screen but in the same or slightly smaller form factor as the previous model. They will do this extra-dimensional magic by simply reducing the bezel size. (I am a huge of fan of this and would love to see when all bezels are extinct.) At any rate, the conference will be held at the end of August, and this is the same place that Samsung announced the previous generation Galaxy Note last year, so it makes sense it will launch there again this year. Who wants one of these to come to the States?

Too...big. I saw one of these for the first time at work last week. That thing is a tablet!!! I couldn't own one, it's just not portable enough for me. I'll stick to phones under 5" screens.

I was going to get the SGSIII next week but my boss decided he needed to use this upgrade to get the SGSIII and drop his Droid 2 so I can't really blame him. :happy3: Our next upgrade isn't due 'til November so I'm eagerly awaiting the finalized specs on the Note 2 and hoping it will come to Big Brother, I mean Big Red. I'm really hoping it will keep the quad core and work with LTE like the Korean SGSIII; that would absolutely seal the deal for me. :hail:

Dude if they throw quad core in here it will really be the perfect phone. And also the 2Gb RAM that the S3 has.......lets all pray lol
