What is the best way to backup my contacts if i ever loose my phone. Is there a Verizon backup assistant or can i downloadd them to google.

Just save them to your SD card - from there you can easily copy/sync the card with any one of a dozen address/contact apps on your computer.

Unfortunately, Backup Assistance (VZW) does not work with the Droid..

I am very new to this...how do i do this?
