SBF problems, droid 2

Hello, after stupidly deleting the adwlauncher my phone messed up so I flashed the sbf file I have, 2.3.20 for droid 2. RSD lite said it passed and it appeared to be okay, but the phone keeps randomly rebooting and also I keep getting gmail and google force closes. The phone won't sync with google and gmail to recover my apps and contacts. I tried to run the stock recovery but all I get is a triangle with an exclamation point in the center with the android guy. Not sure what to do at this point, problem seems to be with gmail and google force closing, or the sbf file. Please help me

When you receive the triangle, you have to press the magnifying glass key.
