My d2 version 2.2 will not ota update to new version, says unable to verify, so tried to sbf but it keeps failing saying my phone is incompatible. Any ideas on what I need to do to make this work ?

Finally got it to flash, thank you so much !!!! It's doesn't want to reboot every 5 minutes 
... but still am unable to get the ota update, but i can live with that for the time being.... Thanks again !!

I give up, my pos d2 is right back to where i started, just keeps rebooting over and over again. took battery out for reset and still no better, have done numerous factory resets and still nothing, about ready to put in on the tracks and let the train run it over........
Is it still under warranty?

Yes it is still under factory warranty, only problem is that this is my only phone and it will take 5 to 7 days to get this one fixed and/or replaced and i can't go that long without a phone as I need it for work...

Yes I did... I did another sbf and it seems to be holding this time. Keeping my fingers crossed !!
