Scotts CleanRom issues

I just installed Scotts CleanRom and it seems to work for a bit until I get a call or try and change the volume then it reboots, it also has no volume noise to is at all and wont mount sd card. If I did something wrong or anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.

Nevermind I discovered I forgot to flash the firmware patch which fixed the issues
