Scrambled words ?

Once in awhile after rebooting the phone, after start up when screens appear the words for the apps are broken and scrambled for a few minutes. Have to put the phone to sleep a few times to get normal read outs. Anyone ever see this?

I saw this once, but it was only randomly within one app, which I cannot remember which app it was. I just exited the app and all was well. It happened recently, but has not happened since. I have no idea what could have caused it though.
