Screen capture not working on mp4 videos anymore.

I've found that my Fascinate will no longer take screen captures of mp4 videos on my phone (gingerbread) like this: View attachment 47305

If anyone could verify this issue with their phone I'd know it's not specific to my own. Thank you.
