Screen cracked on my incredible 2 Need Help Fast!!!!

How to replace the screen on my incredible 2. I have only found videos on the incredible which is not the same. Ther glass is just shatter after dropping it on the floor. It still works but the glass is broken. Is the screen and the digitizer the same or are they seperate?.

Screen and digitizer are 2 separate parts if I remember correctly.
